Trigiani needs to get back to doing what she does best--writing about people, not stuff--and clean out all the useless clutter. Also, there were times where the dialogue felt clunky. Unless you care about shoemaking which I most certainly do not be prepared to read in excruciating detail every single aspect of the business.
